Tester Standard Design

Built as a tester standard, from coil and protocol to accuracy and software.

WPX-01A is not a simple forced-load tool. It is a standard receiver platform for R&D validation, lab pre-scans, and production-line testing.

Standard Coil Design

Designed around Qi MPP coil parameters to match real phone test conditions.

WPX uses a protocol-standard coil and a standard magnetic array, with coil structure and spacing aligned to the specification to reduce fixture-induced test error.

Protocol Coverage

BPP / EPP / MPP / MagSafe / PPDE / private protocols, handled by one tester.

A four-position physical switch covers standard profiles and Pro private protocols, including Qi1.2.4, Qi1.3.3, Qi2.0, Qi2.2, plus Apple, Samsung, Xiaomi, and Huawei fast-charge validation.

Precision Measurement

±0.5% accuracy for voltage, current, power, RPP, CEP, and FRE in one view.

The 20Bit/16Bit ADC measurement system samples up to 2M/s after digital filtering, showing protocol state, received power, working frequency, and charged energy in real time.

Rich Test Functions

Private protocols, state simulation, and key wireless-charging tests in one tester.

WPX supports private protocols, automated protocol checks, live protocol viewing, FOD tuning, MPP authentication, EPT packet simulation, five-point temperature monitoring, and fine power adjustment, with remote upgrades for more test coverage.

Automated Protocol Test

One key scans mainstream protocols and returns PASS / Fail for production teams.

The automated test runs through BPP 5W, EPP 15W, Qi2 MPP, Apple 7.5W, MagSafe, PPDE, Xiaomi, Huawei, and other configured profiles with less repeated setup.

Five-Point Temperature

Core, load, external probe, rectifier bridge, and coil temperatures are monitored together.

An external NTC can measure the transmitter base temperature, while built-in thermal points help assess thermal design, long load runs, and abnormal disconnect risk.

Industrial Cooling

An intake airflow path avoids blowing hot air directly toward the coil.

The standard version is rated for 35W cooling with 50W peak capacity; the professional version is rated for 50W with 80W peak capacity. Simulation and thermal imaging help maintain stability in a compact body.

Discrete PID Electronic Load

It models a real phone load curve instead of pulling current abruptly.

The electronic load uses discrete PID control and protocol-defined current slopes from 50mA to 100mA and then 400mA, helping the TX measure G1/G2 while reducing overshoot.

PC Software Ecosystem

Driverless HID connection supports data monitoring, upgrade workflows, and enterprise API integration.

The Windows software plots voltage, current, and power curves in real time and supports WPX OTA firmware updates; the enterprise edition provides API tools, example source code, and the protocol library.
